Questions, answered plainly
When does the Qurbani take place?
On the days of Eid al-Adha. Your Qurbani is carried out during the valid days and filmed the same day.
Where is the Qurbani performed?
In Kenya, by our trusted team, supervised on the ground by qualified scholars and valid across all four madhabs.
When do I receive my video?
After Eid. Once your Qurbani has been verified, a private link is sent to your email. Connection in Kenya can be slow, so please allow a few days.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, free of charge until the first day of Eid. After that, the animals have been assigned and no cancellation is possible.
Can I order in someone else's name?
Of course. Enter one name per animal — that name is written on the placard filmed in the video.
What happens to the meat?
It is distributed locally to families in need, as part of the same act of worship.
Is it a whole animal, or a share?
A whole sheep, yours alone, with one name on it. Many lower prices elsewhere are a share of a cow or camel divided between five or seven donors — that is a different thing.
How old are the animals?
Every animal is over one year old — the age accepted across all four madhabs. Not every offer you will see says how old its animals are.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are handled by Stripe, on Stripe's own secure page. No card details ever touch our servers.
